Topic 01

Account & Website

There's no separate registration step — an account is created automatically once you complete checkout or a purchase. The full walkthrough is in our account setup guide.

Yes. Every font product page includes a live Type Tester, so you can type your own text and preview every character, number, ligature, swash, and alternate glyph included.

Each font is delivered as a single ZIP file containing both OTF and TTF formats, so it works right away across most design software.

Topic 02

Licensing

License choices are listed on the right side of every product page. A full breakdown of what each one covers lives on our Licensing & Usage page.

You can add or upgrade a license directly on the site — no need to contact us first, unless your use case is unusual.

Yes — a Standard License covers desktop use, and a Web Font License covers site use. Or get an Extended License, which bundles both plus unlimited commercial use.

Yes — under a Standard License within its usage cap, or without limits under an Extended License. One rule always applies: the font files themselves can never be redistributed inside anything you sell.

Topic 03

Refund Policy

Once a font has been downloaded, we're not able to issue a refund. But if something's genuinely wrong on our end, reach out — we're glad to help sort it out.

If the duplicate purchase hasn't been downloaded yet, we can refund it — just send us your order details.

Topic 04

Font Usage

For personal use, that's fine. Modifying a font for commercial purposes needs our sign-off first — just message us and we'll talk it through.

Licenses cover a single user or organization, so sharing outside of that isn't allowed without extra permission.

Both are supported, along with iPad and iPhone using the right companion app — more on that in the iPad & iPhone section below.

Unzip the file first. On Windows, right-click the OTF/TTF file and choose Install. On Mac, double-click it and select Install Font in Font Book. If it's not showing up in your design software, restart the app.

Topic 05

Alternate Characters

Yes — our fonts are built to work with Canva, Cricut, Adobe apps, and Microsoft Office alike.

It depends on your software: Adobe apps use the OpenType panel, CorelDraw uses Interactive OpenType, and anything without a glyphs panel — Canva, Cricut, Word, PowerPoint — uses your system's Character Map (Windows) or Font Book (Mac).

Go straight to the Character Map or Font Book instructions — they work across nearly every desktop app that supports fonts.

Topic 06

iPad & iPhone

Yes, though you'll want a couple of companion apps to install the fonts and reach the alternate characters.

iFont for installing the font files themselves, and a Unicode character viewer for browsing swashes and alternates — both are inexpensive one-time tools.

Topic 07

Contact Us

Technical questions go to our support address. Business or partnership questions go to a separate address — both are listed in the contact section at the bottom of this page.

We aim to reply during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm (GMT+7). Anything sent after hours or on a weekend gets a reply the next business day.

The store itself never closes — browse, buy, and download any time. Only the support team is off on weekends and holidays.
